redesign and a new space

home

I have been heads down, quietly working every night on a couple of big things: (1) redesigning the website and (2) preparing to list my painted artwork and products for sale. I am happy to officially re-launch the website with a new look (moving from Wix to Squarespace). I know my last redesign wasn't too long ago when I finally retired Wordpress and moved over to Wix. That worked better and I had MUCH more flexibility and customization. However, at the start of this year I realized that I may need a better place to eventually sell products on my site, and after comparing the options between Wix and Squarespace, the latter hosting site won.

I am very happy and satisfied with the move, and hopefully this should be a more permanent and stable one. Working on the website is always an enjoyable project, so I didn't mind putting in the hours and tedious effort for the past few weeks.

Now I just have my other project to finish up, which is going to be in another couple weeks (no hard launch date yet). It's been so long since I've worked on my business/shop. I feel undeniably rusty as if I'm starting from the beginning again. There are a lot of little things I forget that I need to do or prep for.

Regardless, I am very proud of myself so far for sticking solidly and consistently to ALL (yes, all) of my 2015 goals in addition to getting back into noodlenthread again..! I will probably do a quarterly update on my progress to keep myself in check as well.
